I truly enjoyed working with Gordie Boucher and Janesville. Ron Blum was the first person I worked with, and he really took the time necessary to get to know what I was looking for in a car and why. He did a GREAT job explaining various features on the car when I took it for a test drive. Everyone else I interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly, answering questions that I didn’t even know I had! As far as the facility itself, everything was clean, and the vehicles were definitely in fabulous showroom condition. I will definitely recommend Gordie Boucher to anyone who may be looking for a vehicle!

Our experience with Boucher Ford of Janesville was Great! Ron Blum was our salesman, and did everything we asked as far as helping us find the right vehicle. No pressure to buy at all. They didn’t have the vehicle on the lot with all the accessories we wanted, but found the perfect match for us elsewhere. It came in the next day. We love our new Escape and will do business with Boucher ford in the future.

I stopped at Boucher Mazda in Janesville intending to order a new Miata GT. I was surprised to find they had a red one in stock. I met with sales rep Ken Hernandez and sales manager Shawn Feldman. They put together a good deal and I bought the car. The finance manager, Phil Zoul, completed the paperwork. Even he was easy to work with, no high pressure tactics. I stopped in the next day to pick up my new Miata. Ken had it in the delivery bay all polished up and looking fabulous. Nice touch. Ken took his time showing me everything on the car from the engine bay, to the trunk. He acquainted me with all the features and their operation. It was a pleasure buying this car. The people I dealt with friendly and knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service skills. Highly recommended!
