Techs 'couldn't reproduce' main issue we brought the vehicle in for; fixed something else but it's still happening. Pretty expensive trip to not fix the issue.

Service section was very well run. Alex did a 5-star job ensuring that I had everything I needed to return safely to the road. Didn’t get a car wash, which I thought was unusual Sidewalls of new tires could have been wiped down, as all the markings,etc. were left on.
My advisor was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was explained well and that I was 100 percent satisfied.....

Fast, knowledgeable service. Staff is nice but could be a little more upbeat and personable. Feels a little like a production line. Customers really don't want to be there either. But if I had to choose, I'd prefer quality service over smiles. Edgar himself was friendly, smiled and was great.
I went there to look at a Bronco I seen online. When I got there I was able to look at it with no one to pressure me. I then went into the dealership and talked to Jeff and we bought the Bronco. It was a very easy transaction and my wife loves it

I had a nail in my tire and I pulled into the service department without an appointment to be greeted by Dakota, my favorite face inere! I was in and out and under a half an hour. Everyone is always so nice and very accommodating there. I highly recommend Gordie Boucher all the time.
The people are really helpful at this dealership. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and do a good job. I feel your diagnostic fee is a bit unfairly placed on an arrival sometimes when the problem is a body problem and can be obviously seen.

I wouldn’t recommend using this service center. I received an estimate to replace a water pump and an intake tube. However I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere and there doesn't seem to be an issue with the intake tube or my water pump. My check engine light was on but the service center didn’t addressed why it was on.
Anthony continues to be helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I wouldn't buy a Ford from anyone else.

Very accommodating - I went in with a tire light on, they found I had a nail in my tire and immediately had a technician waiting for me to fix it and was able to complete oil change/tore rotation service at the same time. Was my first experience with Gordie Boucher Mazda as I'm a first time Mazda owner. Great start to a new relationship!
