Nices places to buy a truck little disappointed what got for my old truck it's kind of carfax fault if i would of knew what I was getting for oldtruck I wouldnt of traded but wife fighting cancer and she need easier truck to get I love knew truck but still miss my old truck I took great care of our truck

Warranty service visit. Had my new F150 in the other day for a couple of items that needed to be corrected. Tim Lewis promptly checked me in and assured me they would be taken care of pretty quickly. The one item wound up taking a little longer than expected but Tim came out to the waiting area and kept me informed of the progress. It was completed in about two and a half hours which i did not think was unreasonable at all. Worked with Ted Harris and John Newman on a special order F150. Yes it took a while due to chip shortages and plant shut downs, but both of them kept me informed throughout the journey. When it arrived it was cleaned and ready for me to be picked up the next day.John also went thru and explained all the features of the truck before i left.

Overall a good dealership, but was disappointed with my latest trip. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. When the change was complete, I was told that both my air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced. When I told him that I just replaced the cabin filter, he told me that they usually change the filters at the same time. Definitely disappointed that I was being sold something I didn’t actually need.
Joe Warne was kind and respectful as I wasn’t sure I really wanted to purchase a car. I picked out two to test drive and there was no pressure for anything above my budget! I was nervous going in to buy a car without my husband there, but Joe was so helpful and honest

I wasn’t sure how my experience would go being that I bought a GMC at a Ford dealer but their customer service has been great! I text my salesperson Joe this morning that my tires were low and I was able to swing by and have them filled up in minutes. I appreciated that he gave the service department a heads up and the guy that filled my tires was the sweetest!
